I can complete art for commercial use if you would like - please speak with me about it! There is an additional charge for commercial use!

Art has a 2-3 Week Turnaround! Any deadlines shorter than 3 weeks will apply a rush fee determined by how quickly the piece is needed!

You will be provided a sketch image to approve prior to coloring - other than very minor color edits, this is the only point edits can be made without additional cost.

You may repost my artworks on sites like ToyHou.se or Sta.sh with proper crediting to me - puresilverAg on TH, dA Sta.sh, etc.

Do not edit my artwork or remove my watermark.

Do not attempt to make a profit off of my artwork.

Do not heavily reference or trace my work.

All Writing is priced for personal use!

I do not currently write for others' commercial use. If you have need for this, I am open to discussion but only with creation rights/crediting.

Writing has a 2-4 week turnaround, dependent on length. If a piece is exceptionally long, I will present an appropriate timeline. Any deadline shorter than 4 weeks will have an added rush charge!

I will provide a rough draft of approximately 2-3 paragraphs for you, the commissioner, to approve characterization and writing style. This is the last point you can make major edits to plot/characters/etc.

All writing works will be completed through Google Drive to retain timestamps and proof of creation. I do NOT want it reposted - if you would like it posted on a site such as deviantArt, Ao3, FF.net, I will post it and directly link you, the commissioner, as the commissioner and owner of your characters.

Any characters I use as filler characters will remain in my control copyright wise.

Do not repost my work without crediting me, nor claim it to be your own writing.

Do not attempt to plagiarize my work.

Do not attempt to make a profit off of my work.

Carrds can be created for personal commission information, for roleplay use, for personal storage, or any other personal use.

Commericial use of my Carrd works is limited to being a commission card. I do not own Carrd, and cannot give you commercial use of a Carrd other than their own TOS as is!

I will provide a base Carrd page as example for approval before creating multiple pages and finishing the Carrd.

All Carrds I create will have a small link back to my Carrd for self-promotion purposes. They will also be linked as examples of my work here on this Carrd.

Once you, the commissioner, have control of the Carrd, you can edit the themes, information, etc all you want. My job is not to update your carrd - this would be considered a new commission with a new fee.

I will not use copyrighted photos for legal safety for all parties. If I am finding the images, they will all be public domain to my knowledge, no exceptions.

I will not use stolen artwork. This includes AI-created work. No exceptions.

You MUST provide me with a Carrd account and password to create your Carrd on! This will be relinquished into your control on completion.

If you change the password prior to confirmation of completion, locking me out of the account, the commission will be considered complete.

Refunds will not be given once a commission is started.

If I do not begin your piece by the promised timeslot without communication of reason, I will check in and offer a refund.

If I do not complete your piece within the promised timeframe without communication, I will offer partial refund and the piece at the stage it is, or completion.

If you attempt a chargeback, you will be added to a public blacklist regardless of outcome.

More than anything - we are both human, you and I. Life happens and situations, both financial and social/emotional, change. Please be communicative with me, and I will try to reach a conclusion with you that suits both of us.

Life is hard. I get it. Be kind and we can work it out.

I will require a list of traits from the species you do/do not want AND a link to their MYO guide

Closed Species - You must provide me with the ticket you are using so I know the guidelines to follow unless discussed otherwise!

Humanoid - 20$ on-base, 30$ off-base - +50% for back view, +75% for side view

Anthro - 30$ on base, 40$ off-base

Additional Fees for complexity, will be discussed

I will require a list of what you definitely do/do not want. If you do not provide a list, or tell me I have free range, no edits past sketch stage will be offered without a fee.
